Subscription & Billing Metadata
We collect limited billing metadata (name, email, phone, country) and your Stripe customer ID to manage subscriptions and trials. Subscription history, plan selections (Free Trial, Pro Monthly, Pro Yearly), and trial eligibility are tied to your verified account (email or phone). Only one free trial is allowed per unique identity (email/phone/payment method), and plan changes are fulfilled by Stripe's subscription system.
How Do We Process Your Information?
We process information to operate, improve, and administer the ScanSimply platform; deliver services; process payments; respond to inquiries; send service updates; and ensure security. We also process limited data for analytics and marketing where permitted by law.
When and With Whom Do We Share Your Personal Information?
We share data only with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating, delivering, and improving our Services — such as for payment processing, analytics, cloud hosting, and AI-powered features. How Long Do We Keep Your Information?

If you delete your account, active data is removed promptly and backup data is purged within 90 days. We retain subscription metadata needed for accounting and audit for up to three (3) years after cancellation. You may request deletion of non-financial personal data at any time by emailing support@scansimply.ai. We may retain minimal records as required by law, to resolve disputes, or to prevent abuse.
